Questions

Before you book a demo

What teams ask about Pulse, where its insights come from and how it works with their CRM.

What is Pulse?

A view of every deal, company and contact, kept up to date from your calls, emails and CRM. Each deal has an AI summary, its risks, its next steps and the people on the buying team.

Where does Pulse get its information?

From your recorded calls, the emails logged in your CRM and the CRM record itself: value, stage, close date and contacts. Each deal shows how many calls, emails and linked deals its insights come from.

How often is it updated?

After every call and email. Summaries, risks and next steps refresh in the background, and each one shows when it was last set.

How does Pulse know a deal is at risk?

It compares what was said with what the CRM says. Close dates that have passed, a decision maker who hasn't joined a call, open questions, overdue tasks and amounts that don't match the proposal all get flagged, next to the steps that would fix them.

Does it work for companies and contacts too?

Yes. Pulse has the same view for companies and contacts, so customer success and account teams can follow every account, not only open deals.

How does it know who is on the buying team?

From the calls and emails on the deal. Key Stakeholders lists each person with their role in the decision, such as champion, decision maker, influencer or user, what they care about and the calls and emails it comes from.

Can I prepare for a meeting from Pulse?

Yes. Every deal shows its next meeting with a Prep button, which opens Ask AI Coach with a meeting prep built from everything Pulse knows about the deal.

Does Pulse write to our CRM?

Pulse reads your CRM. To fill CRM fields from your calls, use CRM Auto-Update, which works with HubSpot and Salesforce.

How much does it cost?

Pulse is part of the AI Coach plan, at $55 per user per month, billed annually. The full breakdown →
