See which actions ran on each call, and why any were skipped.
Triggers, filters and actions.
Choose what starts an automation, which calls it runs on and what it does. It runs on every matching call until you pause it.
Two triggers
An automation starts when a meeting ends, or when another tool sends a call by webhook.
Filters
Run only on a scorecard, a minimum score, a meeting length or what was said, like a competitor's name.
Test, then go live
Run it on a past call before you switch it on. Pause it at any time.
CRM fields filled from every call.
Send what your scorecards capture to fields on deals, contacts, companies, tickets and leads. The fields are updated after every call.
HubSpot and Salesforce
Deals, contacts, companies and tickets in HubSpot. Opportunities, accounts, contacts and leads in Salesforce.
Replace or append
Choose for each field whether a new call replaces what is there or adds to it.
Notes on the open ticket
After a call, add the summary or deal insights as a note on the customer's open HubSpot ticket.
Results in Slack and any other app.
Post the results of each call to a Slack channel, or send them by webhook to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems.
Slack channels
Add the AI Coach app to a channel, and every matching call is posted there with its deal insights.
Zapier, Make and n8n
A webhook sends the call's data as JSON to any tool that accepts one.
Warehouses and dashboards
Send every call to Snowflake, or to Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
Score calls recorded anywhere.
Send a recording or transcript from your phone system, dialer or any other tool. It is scored on the same scorecards as the calls Triple Session records.
Recording or transcript
Send a recording link or the transcript, with the email of the person who ran the call.
The right scorecard
Smart Scorecard picks the scorecard that fits each call, with a fallback when it is not sure.
Any tool with a webhook
Contact centers, dialers and your own systems can all send calls in.
A log of every run.
Each run shows the call, its scorecard and what every action did.
Filter by status
Find runs that completed, failed or were ignored by AI Coach.
A reason for every skip
A skipped action says why, like a scorecard mismatch or no open ticket.
The data each run received
Check the trigger payload of any run before you change a workflow.
Before you book a demo
What teams ask about triggers, destinations and reviewing calls from other tools.
What can start an automation?
Two triggers. Meeting Finished runs when a call recorded in Triple Session has been scored. Webhook Received runs when another tool sends a recording or transcript to the automation's webhook URL.
Which calls does an automation run on?
Every call that matches its filters: a scorecard, a minimum score, a meeting length or a deal insight, such as a competitor being mentioned. Other calls are skipped.
What can an automation do?
Update fields in HubSpot or Salesforce, add notes and field updates to an open HubSpot ticket, post to a Slack channel, send the call's data to a webhook, or score a call sent from another tool. One automation can run several actions in order.
Which CRM fields can it update?
In HubSpot, fields on deals, contacts, companies and tickets. In Salesforce, fields on opportunities, accounts, contacts and leads. Map what a scorecard captures to a CRM field, and choose whether each call replaces the value or adds to it. See how CRM Auto-Update works.
What gets posted to Slack?
The call's deal insights, in the channel you choose. Invite the AI Coach app to the channel first.
Does it work with Zapier, Make and n8n?
Yes. Send Webhook sends the call's data as JSON to any tool that accepts a webhook, including Zapier, Make, n8n and your own endpoints. Use it to send calls to Snowflake or feed Power BI and Tableau.
Can it score calls recorded on other platforms?
Yes. Send a recording link or a transcript to a Webhook Received automation, with the email of the person who ran the call, and it is scored on your scorecards. Smart Scorecard picks the scorecard that fits the call, with a fallback you choose.
Can I test an automation before it goes live?
Yes. Run it on a past call and check the result, then switch it to Live. Pause it at any time.
How do I know an automation worked?
Check its logs. Each run shows the call, its scorecard, the data it received and the status of each action. A skipped action says why, such as a scorecard mismatch or no open ticket.
Do I need to build the automations myself?
No. Our team can set them up with you during onboarding, such as Slack alerts and CRM updates for each call type.
How much does it cost?
Automations are included in the AI Coach plan, from $55 per user a month billed annually. See pricing.
